On-Site Service
An on-site service call is $150, which includes travel to your location and a full diagnostic of your printer, scanner, MFC, or copier. If service or repair work is performed, labor starts at $75 for desktop equipment and $150 for stand-alone systems, with any additional costs clearly reviewed and approved before any work is performed.
Carry In Service
We provide free in-shop diagnostics for most printers, copiers, scanners, and related office equipment. If repaired during diagnosis, a $75 minimum in-shop labor fee applies. Any additional work is quoted and approved before proceeding. If you choose not to repair your machine, there is no charge for the diagnostic.
Remote Service
Remote service provides expert support for printing and scanning issues without an on-site visit. Remote assistance is $75 for the first 30 minutes, with additional time billed at $18.75 per 15 minutes. Most issues can be diagnosed and resolved quickly with efficient, real-time support.
