Refund and Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy to ensure your peace of mind. Please review the following guidelines for a smooth return process:

Eligible Products:
Printers, computers, and office products are eligible for return within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returned items must be in their original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging materials.

Initiating a Return:
Contact our customer service team within the 30-day period to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
Return Authorization:
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the product. Returns without a valid RMA number may not be accepted and could be subject to refusal.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product is found to be defective. For printers and computers, please securely package the items to prevent damage during transit.
Inspection and Processing:
Upon receipt of the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days after the inspection is completed.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to several business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exclusions:
Special order items, clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return unless they are defective. Printers, Scanners, Multi-functions & any office machine that has had their supplies installed are not eligible for return. Defective machines are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and the original manufacturer most be contacted directly for repair.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective printer, computer, or office product, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work to resolve the issue promptly, whether through a replacement, exchange, or refund.
