On-Site Service

We offer on-site service calls for $150, which includes travel to your home or business and diagnosis of most copiers, multifunction printers, laser printers, document scanners, label printers, and fax machines.

If the issue can be repaired during the visit, a minimum $75 on-site labor charge will apply for the repair.

If the machine requires additional parts or more extensive work, we will provide a clear repair estimate before proceeding. If you choose not to move forward with the repair, the $150 service call simply covers the on-site diagnosis and evaluation.

Carry In Service

We provide complimentary estimates for most copiers, multi-functions, computer printers, document scanners, label printers, and fax machines brought into our shop. If we can repair your machine during the diagnosis, you will be billed our minimum in-shop labor fee of $75.00. If the estimated repair cost exceeds our minimum in-shop fee, we will present you with a detailed repair estimate. Should you choose not to proceed with the repair, the in-shop diagnosis is free of charge.

Remote Service

Allow our skilled technicians to help you remotely with any printing and scanning concerns. Our remote service starts at $75.00 for the initial 30 minutes, and additional time is billed at $18.75 for every 15 minutes thereafter.
